We recognize June as Pride Month and a time to embrace, celebrate, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. This month's training will reflect that commitment.
In this training, participants will be provided an overview of terminology, dimensions of identity and intersectionality, safety, inclusion, advocacy, and allyship while looking to the future of how CASA staff and volunteers can support LGBTQIA+ youth in care.
Below you can find the recording for the full in-service training as well as a flyer outlining key points made during the training.
